We’ve Been Busy!
Included in this new video from 2e Architects we are sharing two new homes that were in development in 2019 and will be completed in 2020. We were able to create this video using parts from the virtual reality tours our clients were able to interact with when the homes were in the design phase.
Jack and Carol’s Home
The first home is a seaside escape complete with shaker shingle accents and white painted board and batten siding. On the front facade, a second story balcony floods the master suite with light and is the perfect spot to sit and wait for arriving company. A welcoming front porch with custom designed railings and expansive back deck with overhead trellis provide places to enjoy a good book, cup of coffee, glass of wine, and to make memories with family and friends.
Roger’s Home
The second home is modern style home nestled in the woods of northern Baltimore. A study of clean lines and the contrast of warm materials like stone and wood bring a 21st century take on modern architecture. This home is built for entertainig with an open plan living space and easy flow to an outside deck that overlooks a custom pool. The home is situated on a sloping lot, which allows for a full, walkout terrace level. A tucked away private courtyard on the front side of the home enjoys a stone fireplace for cool fall evenings.
